“Am I fit enough to take on DEKA?”

DEKA is a training program designed for ALL fitness levels. It is an indoor decathlon of functional fitness and training program designed to be basic, simple, and utilitarian. And in true Spartan spirit, the focus of these events is to train with a purpose — to multiply member motivation, individual performance, and a sense of connection to the community.

*DEKA MILE - This is a modified version of Deka Strong with one mile (1.6k) of total running, 160 metres running before entering each zones.

ZONE 1: 30 RAM ALT REVERSE LUNGE
ZONE 2: 500M ROW
ZONE 3: 20 BOX JUMP/STEP OVER
ZONE 4: 25 MED BALL SIT-UP
ZONE 5: 500M SKI ERG
ZONE 6: 100M FARMERS CARRY
ZONE 7: 25C AIR BIKE
ZONE 8: 20 DEAD BALL SHOULDER OVER
ZONE 9: 100M TANK PUSH/PULL
ZONE 10: 20 RAM BURPEE
