This week's tale. High Performing Managers and Leaders. After 4 weeks, we have finished our 4 sessions of training via Zoom and UMU for Service Sarawak Managers and HQ staffs and section heads. Last day was a great sharing session on learning and awesome action plan from everyone. Everyone is looking to build a better customer experience for government related services. I love what I do and I do what I love.

This week's tale. Back doing f2f training. Kursus Pemantapan Pengucapan Awam Jabatan Agama Islam Sarawak. Young officers wanting to improve themselves to be better in speaking and engaging people. It was a fun and interesting experience. I love what I do and I do what I love.
