Being a parent is not easy. You have to prioritize many things before yourself. Today we celebrated these two amazing parents. They take care of the family. They both have to run their businesses. They are juggling many tasks and find time to train. It’s doable because we have great example from the members. It’s time management and self love. Congratulations to D.M. Adam and J. Lee who has been doing Jiu Jitsu consistently for years and brings the great attitude to the mat. Thank you to those who made it to The Iron Man to support your friends. We also have to say “See you again” to this amazing teenager, A who is moving to another country. Please always drop in for class whenever you visit Kuching. ONE TRIBE ONE VIBE 🦍🦧

It's that time again! On 30 May 2026, we celebrate another milestone together — The Iron Man - Belts & Stripes Promotion Day. 🥋

Every stripe and belt represents consistency, resilience, learning, and growth on the mats. We are proud of every student who continues to show up, train hard, and support one another through the journey.

See you all on the mats this Saturday! We will have a little party after the event.
