A day of learning and connection. Grateful to host the CrossFit Affiliate Gathering in our new gym space at CFK7.
Some of the most important conversations in an affiliate don’t happen during class, they happen behind closed doors. Today we dug into leading difficult conversations with clarity, and making nutrition coaching approachable for real people scenarios. Active breakout discussions had affiliate owners, coaches & trainers trading real problems and approaches.
And no gathering is complete without an OG CrossFit workout together.
Huge thanks to juria8 from CrossFit South Asia, and Madhu & Jane from crossfit.malaysia CrossFit Vidatha for leading the day.
Already looking forward to putting this into practice at CFK, one convo, one class, one member at a time.

Our head coach, Carter, just got back from KL with some serious new tools.
Spent the weekend at the Functional Gymnastics Academy with Travis Ewart from — hosted by the team at
We’ve always said the best coaches never stop being students. Carter proved it this weekend.
“Gymnastics has always been an area I’ve wanted to improve, so this was a deliberate step to expand both my knowledge and coaching skill set.
The course broke down movement in a way that was simple, structured, and immediately applicable. I walked away with better progressions, clearer teaching points, and a deeper understanding of how to coach gymnastics with intent and simplicity.
Excited to start integrating these ideas into our classes and continue raising the standard of coaching for our community.
Always learning. Always improving.” -Carter Wei

The Open doesn’t happen without people.
Athletes who showed up and gave their best.
Judges who counted every rep.
Coaches who guided, supported, and set up the floor,
And a community that cheered for everyone.
Thank you for making the CFK Open what it is.
We’re proud of every single one of you.

It’s not just about who ranks higher, it’s about who showed up. And you did. You chose to step onto the floor, log the score, and put yourself out there. From first times to veterans, from 22 to 74 years old, from foundation to RX, every single rep counts.
On to next! 26.2 here we go!
