JOHOR FENCING X KEJORA 🤺

Satu pertemuan bersama pihak Lembaga Kemajuan Johor Tenggara (KEJORA) telah diadakan pada 7 Mei 2026 lalu bagi berkongsi perkembangan sukan lawan pedang Johor, hala tuju pembangunan serta potensi kerjasama yang boleh dijalinkan untuk membina ekosistem yang menyokong pembangunan sukan lawan pedang di negeri Johor.

Perkongsian ini turut memberi penekanan bahawa fokus pembangunan sukan lawan pedang di negeri Johor bukan hanya tertumpu kepada SUKMA semata-mata, tetapi melibatkan pembangunan jangka panjang melalui ekosistem yang lebih menyeluruh dan mampan.

Ribuan terima kasih diucapkan kepada Pengurus Besar KEJORA, Tuan Gaddafie Aziz serta pihak pengurusan KEJORA atas keterbukaan dan sokongan yang diberikan.

Hadir sama dalam sesi tersebut adalah Yang Berhormat Datuk Najib Samuri, Presiden Persatuan Lawan Pedang Negeri Johor.

Semoga pertemuan ini menjadi permulaan kepada usaha bersama dalam memperkasa pembangunan sukan lawan pedang di daerah KEJORA dan Johor secara keseluruhannya.

Johor Fencing wrapped up the competition with proud podium finishes in the U21 category, led by Sarah winning gold in Women’s Sabre, while Renee secured bronze and Keane claimed silver in Men’s Sabre.

Johor adds 1 gold, 2 silver, and 4 bronze in the team events. Team event day always brings a different energy, more intensity, more unity, more fun.

Congratulations to Mariena Sirhan Nasution Saad Putra for securing the gold medal in U17 Girls Sabre, defeating her opponent 15–9 in the final. 🥇

Consistent performances as well from Iris Sofea Mohd Hasreen and Sarah Batrisyia Saharudin, who both brought home bronze medals. 🥉🥉

A proud showing from our 2nd Tier Development Program too, with Damia Zafeeya Mohd Hairi finishing 7th and Farah Eryna Mohd Faizalnizam ranking 8th.
