Sunday training hits different when Coach Harry Cca Harry is in charge. 😮‍💨🔥

A little physical training, a lot of sweat, and plenty of teamwork before we got into the games.

We train together.
We suffer together.
We improve together. 💪😂

A few moments from the APYTC 2026 U23 Boys matches last week! 💪

Every attack, every save, every point — they left it all on the court. Watching the next generation of Malaysian tchoukball players compete at this level is definitely something to be proud of. 🇲🇾✨

Keep pushing, keep fighting, and keep making Malaysia proud! ❤️

Last Sunday was a little bittersweet as we said goodbye to our teammate Sam Kwang Weng Yan , who is heading to Penang for a new chapter in her career. 🥹✨

Thank you for all the games, laughs, sweat, crazy moments and memories you’ve shared with Genesis Tchoukball. You may be moving away, but you’ll always be part of the Genesis family. 🫶

Wishing you all the best in your new job and this exciting new chapter! 🌟

And remember… Penang is not THAT far. 😂
You’re always welcome to come back, join our training, and play with us anytime! 🔥

Once Genesis, always Genesis. 💛
See you on court again!

What a great way to spend our Sunday! 💛

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to join the Malaysia U23 Boys & U23 Girls National Team Training. It was a session full of learning, teamwork, and high-intensity rallies.

Thank you to everyone for the warm welcome. Wishing Team Malaysia all the best in the upcoming competitions! 🇲🇾🔥

Every training session tells a story.

The catches, the misses, the saves, the laughs, and the improvements that no one sees overnight. ✨

Keep showing up. The results will follow. 💪
