The situation is very uncertain and therefore planning for a plausible scenario down the road with experts is definitely a compulsory agenda.
In our monthly CPD of Resilience Leadership Consultants, we asked ourselves this pertinent metaphorical question; a grp of us stranded in a strange island, what is our frame work of resilience?
Do we think of escaping or do we think of making this strange island a prosperous oasis?
Bring back our current predicament into these questions, do we want to escape to a virus free world or do we make do and plan a better lifestyle/living guidelines while our scientists continue to find a better health solution.
And then what?
A framework of resilient leadership will influence and lead a group of resilient followers and together with this dynamism iterated overtime will we bounce back from crisis.
And this time, a prolonged crisis.
