Make it a practice to prepare ur own food so u know what u put in ur food and the portion control. It takes lil bit of effort but it really worth it! It doesnt have to be complicated cooking but simple and nutritious. I always tell my clients~there is no bad food. The way u prepare and cook it and the portion make it bad. And again it depends on ur daily activities. As long as u stick to the basic rules it shouldnt be any problem.
