Meet Grand Tuhon Leo Gaje, one of the most respected and influential figures in the Filipino Martial Arts community and the head of Pekiti Tirsia Kali.

We are saddened to hear of his passing.

His influence can be felt through generations of practitioners and instructors around the world, including the lineage we train in today.

The FMA community has lost one of its great teachers.

Thank you for everything you gave to the art.

Rest in peace, Grand Tuhon. Pugay po.

That’s a wrap on our seminar with GM Rodel Dagooc and G**o Getchin Dagooc.

Thank you to everyone who came and supported the event, especially those who travelled from further away just to train with us. We really appreciate you making the trip and hope you enjoyed the two days.

A big thank you to GM Rodel and G**o Getchin for coming down and sharing with us. GM Rodel especially continues to be an inspiration. At his age, the amount of energy he brings, the way he moves and how much he still enjoys teaching is something to see.

For those who want to continue training, our regular FMA classes are open. Just drop us a message.

Hope to see everyone again soon.

Thanks again to everyone at Prudential Takaful for having us back for another self defence workshop.

We run self defence training for companies, organisations and private groups, from shorter introductory sessions to more complete programs.

Sessions can be customised to the group, and HRD Corp claimable training is available.

If you’re looking to organise something for your team, get in touch with us at elemental5flow.com.

Another session with Prudential Takaful.

We mix practical self defence training with games and challenges to get people moving, thinking and making decisions. It keeps things interesting, but there’s a reason behind it too. The aim is to help people actually remember what they learned after the session.

Thanks again for having us.

A family that trains together, grows together.

Really nice to see moments like this on the mats, supporting each other and going through the journey side by side. They all just passed their grading, and it shows in the way they train.

We run both kids and adult classes, so parents and children can train in the same space if they want to.

If you’ve been thinking about starting, feel free to come by and try a class.

Under Pressure Seminar with Paulo Rubio done!

Thank you to everyone who came through and spent the two days training with us. Really appreciate the time and effort each of you put in.

There was a lot to take away, and it was good to see everyone working through it in their own way.

Thank you Paulo for the teaching, for sharing your experience, and for the time you gave to the group.

Hope to see everyone again soon. Maraming Salamat!🙏
