However, guest attendance outnumbered GR members — something we aim to balance better in future runs to encourage stronger member engagement.

🏃‍♂️🔥 On… On… Gasing Rangers! 🔥🏃‍♂️

*Perak State Hash Run on the 6th and 7th September*
was a resounding success . From punctuality and participation in all the activities by our members is worthy of recognition and appreciation.
To the Manjung Hash its another great achievement. GRH 4 did absolutely amazing by honouring GM of Manjung Hash A Raman.
We did a. Birthday celebration for Chakravarthy Gopal without disrupting the Manjung event after carefully considering Manjung Hash proceedings and other activities on the night of 6.9.25.
The cake for Chakravarthy was cut on the 7.9.2025 at 0.5
Following morning Carmen’ had her Birthday cake cut witnessed by our club members

PERAK STATE RUN BY MUNJUNG HASH CHAPTER

Our GR H4 Chapter participated successfully in the Grand Perak State Run held on 06.09.2025.

A total of 51 Hash Chapters from across the country joined the Run, with nearly 400 Hashers in attendance. We are proud to share that GR H4 brought in the highest number of participants — 45 members, the largest contingent among all the Chapters!

The Munjung Hash Chapter did a fantastic job as hosts — from the superb trail to the wonderful food and warm hospitality. The evening was made even more special with a fantastic Chinese course dinner, complemented by fascinating music and songs.

Our members had the chance to interact with fellow Hashers from all over the country, and the atmosphere was filled with joy as everyone danced the night away.

We also had the pleasure of celebrating the birthdays of our beloved Cifu, Chakravarthy Gopal, as well as our strong supporter Ms. Carmine.

GASING RANGERS MERDEKA RUN
31ST AUG 2025 - SRI HARTAMS

Our Merdeka Run was a resounding success, with more than 80 members, guests, students, and juniors taking part.

The run was officially flagged off by YB Dr. V. Sivakumar, following his welcome speech and a group photograph session. The Organising Chairman & together with dedicated team, did an excellent job.

The run led supported by several sweepers, and also coordinated the food arrangements. The light refreshments and packed meals were truly enjoyable.

A special highlight of the event was the Zumba dance, choreographed by our ever-energetic team. Many hikers and their children joined the session, proudly waving and holding our national flag as they danced.

The patriotism of our members and guests was on full display as they marched proudly with the Malaysian flag.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Malaysian Tamil News Channels, who gave the event excellent coverage.
