When we see our client having weekly result like that? It’s a clear indicator he’s following and trusting the plan at 10000%

Something can’t change here is… you are what you put in!

We are seeing so many coaches posing their clients photos with NO RESULT.

Not the coaches fault but is how the people not following the plan and expecting better results? Not gonna happen!

From all the disagreements to finding middle ground, we’ve come so far. We got married, and we’re still learning and growing together every single day. It’s a never-ending journey of discovering each other in deeper ways.

🌟 Tomoko, with her grace and determination, secured gold in her division and followed it up with a silver medal in another. Her resilience is truly inspiring, pushing through challenges and coming out stronger every time.

A successful offseason isn’t about eating everything in sight and hoping for the best—it’s about building muscle systematically while keeping fat gain to a minimum.

Let me introduce Xiaoxian, who once doubted herself, saying, “I don’t think I have the genetics for a great body.” But genetics? 🧬

They’re just a small part of the equation. What really matters is your work ethic, consistency, and having the right plan. 🔥

Here’s what her offseason looked like:

1️⃣ Controlled Nutrition:
She didn’t just eat mindlessly. Every calorie was calculated for muscle growth, with occasional flexibility to keep her sane. Protein for recovery, carbs for energy, and fats for hormonal health.

2️⃣ Smart Training:
Focused on lagging areas like glutes and delts with progressive overload—lifting heavier or adding reps consistently. Prioritized movements like RDLs, hip thrusts, and overhead presses.

3️⃣ Staying Lean:
Kept her waistline tight while building muscle. Weekly check-ins + 2-3 cardio sessions a week to keep her metabolism efficient.

It’s time again, , for my bro to step on stage! Last show for him in Men’s Physique! 🔥

We’ve been cracking up over some of the funniest conversations this week, but what really stood out was when he told me, “After 3 days of carb loading, my weight still isn’t going up!” 🔥

It’s these moments..the grind, the humor, the unexpected surprises that make the journey so memorable.

I’m a huge believer in this: you have to enjoy every single moment of this journey.

Whether it’s the late-night posing practices, the intense training sessions, or even those pre-show jitters, bodybuilding and fitness competition are about so much more than the final outcome.

It’s about the process, the growth, and the people you share it with.

This sport teaches us patience, resilience, and discipline and reminds us to laugh along the way.

So, as he hits the stage, I know he’ll bring not just the physique but also the joy and energy we’ve built throughout this prep.

Tomoko from Japan 🇯🇵 came into with the goal of mastering how to prioritise her health no matter how busy life gets so she could achieve the body she’s always wanted and keep it forever.

This was important to her because she’d struggled with her bodyshape for the past 30 years and was always putting other peoples needs before her own.
