CHALLENGE DAY 5: STRENGTH TRAINING πͺπΌπͺπΌποΈποΈββοΈποΈββοΈ
A true hero isn't measured by the size of his strength, but the size of his heart (Hercules 1997). This challenge today isnβt for the faint of heart.

How to participate:
1) No stress, just get your dumbbells/weights ready and slay the reps! ;) Do within 1-2 insta story long (min. 15 sec)

How to participate:
- Do any martial art techniques within 1-2 insta story long (we luv creativity :3)

CHALLENGE DAY 3: BURPEES MANIA πΎπΎπΎπ¦
It's Day 3, today itβs a round of grueling burpees, show us what youβve got! ππ
*Open to all Monash students and club members!
How to participate:
1) Do as many burpees as possible (with or without push up) within 1-2 insta story long (minimum 15 seconds).
2) Remember the jump at the end (you can do a tuck jump as well ;))

IG CHALLENGE DAY 1: SPEED KICKING β‘β‘β‘β‘
What better way to kick start this challenge than with speed kicking π¦΅π»π₯
The rules are simple:
1) Do as many kicks as possible for a minimum of 15 seconds (1-2 insta stories)
2) All kicks must be done properly, remember to kick not below the waist level!

Monash Taekwondo Club will be having an IG Challenge Week which officially KICKs off after Merdeka! It is open to all Monashians and club members, anyone can join in on the fun and stand a chance to win prizes throughout the 6 day challenge!
So how do you join?
1. π Each day from Day 1 (1st Sept) to Day 6 (6th Sept) there will be a different challenge announced here on our page.
2. β° You will have a time limit up till midnight each day to complete the challenge.
3. πΈ To participate, you have to post a Story of yourself attempting the challenge
