Zen Swim Malaysia What is the ZEN Swim program? Balance and efficiency are the basis of the ZEN Swim program. Who should join the ZEN Swim program? NEW!!
Developed by Advanced Aquatics, the leading Aquatics company in Malaysia, the ZEN Swim program teaches adults to swim gracefully and comfortably in just a short time. The program incorporates principles of biomechanics, physics and fluid dynamics as well as scientific findings from swimming research to help people swim further and faster, yet with less effort. The ZEN Swim program is structured to
be able to cater for swimmers and non-swimmers of differing levels and capabilities, and has been proven through rigorous testing to consistently produce excellent results in just a short time. What you get with the ZEN Swim program:
Learn to swim further , faster and smoother than before, yet with less effort! Clear and progressive steps are taught in a simple, easy-to-follow style, and every step represents a technique point that will help you to improve. The principle of ZEN swimming is to combine principles of momentum and fluid dynamics together with the human body’s natural buoyancy, balance, weight, core strength and range of motion to produce a stroke technique that is easy, graceful and efficient. The difference is in the approach
The traditional approach, which is the technique commonly used by most instructors, is based on an idealistic anatomy, not taking into account the reduced range of motion that most adults have, and is focused on producing propulsion using the arms and legs. The ZEN Swim Program’s approach, however, is designed to accommodate any limitations an adult may have in range of motion, strength and flexibility, and focuses not only on propulsion, but also drag reduction, leverage and efficiency. It is structured to take anyone from a complete beginner, or an “average joe” to an athlete who is a master of his/her own destiny in the water. You will be equipped not only with the technique, but also the know-how of the principles, allowing you to continuously improve your swimming. The ZEN Swim program is for anyone who has an interest in swimming easily and effortlessly, regardless of their level of experience - whether they are a complete beginner, an individual who has a fear of water they wish to conquer, or a previously accomplished swimmer who wishes to improve on their stroke to swim faster over longer distances. It is also ideal for triathletes or long distance swimmers, and even people who want to take care of their health and general fitness or just want to swim more gracefully. Who are the Instructors? Our instructors are carefully selected and undergo months of training to be able to teach the syllabus that has been specially designed by ADVANCED AQUATICS, and is led by a team who comprise former competitive swimmers of various levels, including a former National Record Holder and a former National Swim Coach. Our team is committed to ensuring that EVERY ZEN Swim student learns to swim faster, further and more easily than have ever swum. Zen Swim BREASTSTROKE program!

IS YOUR SWIMMING TOO SLOW? TOO EXHAUSTING? CAN ONLY SWIM BREASTSTROKE?
The highly-effective Zen Swim Freestyle Program could be the answer!
*******************************************
Last year, Jarret Liew (45) wanted to join his friends in taking part in triathlons, yet he could hardly swim 25m front crawl without feeling like he needed to crawl onto the pool deck to rest.
Based on his friend’s recommendation, he signed up for the ZEN SWIM program run by Advanced Aquatics, and started his amazing swimming journey. Through step-by-step instruction, targeted drills and detailed feedback, he discovered that swimming far and fast could be EASY!
As a result, this past August, in his first ever triathlon, he finished the swim leg of the 2016 PD Triathlon (Olympic Distance) in just *29 minutes*, covering the distance of 1.6km (GPS logged) in an average time of 1min 46seconds per 100m.
Moreover, he was able to clock that time without exerting himself too much so he could then push himself hard on the bike and run.
FINAL TIME: an awesome **2 hours 50 minutes** !!
IF you would like to improve your swimming to be able to swim further, more confidently and easily, contact Coach Hafiz at 012.353.8484 to find out more or to register for our next upcoming ZEN SWIM program. *RESULTS GUARANTEED!*
