We welcome practitioners from all martial arts disciplines to experience weapon sparring in a safe and structured environment. Our participants come from diverse backgrounds, including Filipino Martial Arts (FMA), Chinese Martial Arts (CMA), Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA), Malay Martial Arts (Silat), and many more.

Our goal is to provide a space where individuals can explore and express their martial art in a dynamic, engaging, and respectful way.

The purpose of "Pressure Test" Open Sparring is to enhances adaptability and technique while fostering camaraderie and respect. Sparring with different martial artists builds friendships through shared challenges, encouraging collaboration and strengthening bonds within the martial arts community.

*⚔️ Open Sparring (Weapon): Two Exciting Formats!⚔️*

1. *One Point System (Weapon)*

Each strike counts for one point. Upon a successful strike, Both participants reset to their starting positions before resuming.
❎Clinch, ❎ Punch/Kick, ❎ Grappling

2. *Free-Style Sparring (Weapon):*

This format allows for a wider range of techniques and strategies. Participants are free to use any training weapon and employ various moves without constraints.

Here is the format for free flow sparring:
1. ✅Clinch, ❎ Punch/Kick, ❎ Grappling
2. ✅Clinch, ✅ Punch/Kick, ❎ Grappling
3. ✅Clinch, ❎ Punch/Kick, ✅ Grappling
4. ✅Clinch, ✅ Punch/Kick, ✅ Grappling.

For Beginners: We would recommend to choose one point system rules and ❎ Clinch, ❎ Punch/Kick, ❎ Grappling.

⚔️ **Equipment** ⚔️

We will provide these equipment to share among participants.
1. Fencing Mask
2. Glove
3. Safety Goggle
4. Shin/Arm Guard
5. Sticks
6. Padded Stick
7. Padded Knife

Please bring your own head cover and hand glove to minimize sweat and avoid contamination on shared equipment.

You may bring your own equipment stated above and any extra protection such as padded arm guards, shin guards, or vest protectors for added safety and comfort.

**Please Note:** Engaging in an open sparring event requires mutual consent from both parties. Participants must respect each other's boundaries and exercise caution during the match. Safety is our top priority, and all measures are taken to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
