The MAP National Powerlifting Championship 2026 wrapped up last weekend. Three days of grit, heavy lifts, and multiple records broken. Great show of strengths from all competitors.

Among the highlights: taking on the Equipped category. 💪

Since coming into the competitive powerlifting scene, Cen Hao has achieved excellent track record including winning the Asian Junior Championship 2022, SEA Powerlifting Championship 2022 and finishing on the podium in the recent Asian Powerlifting Championship 2025. 🏆
