Our Story
Established in 2006, Anabolic Gym has its roots in Aman Suria, Petaling Jaya. Now, we are a cosy 5,400sqf center that houses premium USA equipment. Our business philosophy since day one has been to always provide a quality training environment for quality members.
In the gym you would find that the place is well maintained (despite the age), clean, and the members are well cultured (no dumbbells scattered, shouting, etc.). The reason behind this is simple: set the culture right for everyone to enjoy, and going to the gym becomes enjoyable for everyone.
Circa 2018, we have expanded another additional 1,800sqf to 5,400sqf from our original 3,600sqf space. A small studio has been added for group classes, plyometric & functional training, and personal training. Additional equipment have been added and we are proud to have: 4 Lifting Benches, 2 Power Racks, 2 Squat Racks, 3 Smith Machines, 5 Dumbbell Racks, over 1,000lbs of weights, and loads of Plate Loaded equipment.
We understand that not every gym is suitable for everyone due to each and everyone’s personal preference, but we invite you to drop by take a look our place and get a feel of the place should you decide to consider joining the hood. See you soon!
