MANASA YOGA - MOVING YOU FROM BONDAGE TO FREEDOM We run our 200 Hour Teacher Training twice a year, and our 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training once a year.

Manasa Yoga is a Yoga Alliance (YA) Registered School (RYS) which provides a 200-hour and a 300-hour advanced training programme that meets Yoga Alliance’s standards. Teachers who graduate from our Teacher Training Courses qualify to register themselves as RYT 200 or RYT 500 teachers with Yoga Alliance, depending on the level of training completed.
