Was an absolute pleasure learning from the man himself . Way to make me look absolutely tiny 😂
Among the back & forth discussions we had, here are some of my key takeaways:
1️⃣ Principles based approach > protocol based approach.
2️⃣ Understand & respect the structure/function of our bodies so we can make more informed decisions in exercise programming… and also to stop following the trend (lengthen-bias everything 🫢)
3️⃣ Quality of movement supersedes EVERYTHING.
4️⃣ Balancing the subjective & objective feedback given by your clients can make your session more efficient and effective
5️⃣ Genetically, cows are closer related to whales than they are to whales. (??)
