Hi all, while we have discontinued operating your favorite duriangaga joint, a lot of our happy visitors continue to look us up. Well all good things have to come to an end.
From here on, we will go on to post interesting things and happenings with regards to our favorite fruit.
For a start, we would like to introduce you to a small durian orchard in Cheng, Malacca. It belongs to a dear friend Mr. Chong. His trees are fruiting now and he has D24, Musang King, golden phoenix, IOI, Durian Susu, and kampung varieties. Y can also get pandan coconuts to wash down the king.
Hello friends, all the fruits have been taken. We will meet again next season.

So the time has come again to bring down the curtain for another gathering of good friends at durianGAGA. For the last time this season, we are only able to bring down some Musang King fruits from Raub. Mark your schedule for today and come to enjoy the last sunset of this durian season here at durianGAGA. Fruits are limited so it may be good if you can give us a call before coming. Nevertheless, we can always chat over a cuppa coffee, made by a genuine Hainanese no less.

Dear durian kakis, time passes fast and the last durian is about to drop. The suuply of fruits is coming to an end for the season. We will bid you adios again and look forward to seeing you lovely people again soon.
Our last day for this season will be tomorrow Thursday Sept 12. Until we meet again, na noo na noo, take care and be happy.
Hi all, the weather is really playing havoc with our beloved durians so much so that we had to suspend bringing the excellent fruits from Raub. The usual continuous harvest has been disrupted this time with neighbouring farms having fruits seperated over longer intervals.
The good news is that the fruits from highr altitude have started falling and we are pleased to inform you that these higher quality fruits will be available at your favourite durianGAGA stall from tomorrow (9/9) onwards. As usual, durian fruits will peak and be gone in roughly 2 weeks so come get your fix before we wave adios to another season year.
Further to the notice of temporary break, we are still facing the problem of low fruit harvest of good quality and varieties. As such we shall remain close until further notice. Thank you for your patience.
The altered climate is showing its effects on the cycle of the durian fruits. There is a break in the harvest of good durians in the Raub durian belt and we will take a short break for this season. We will close from this Friday to Sunday and shall let you know if the long awaited fruits from the higher hill farms will be worth bringging down to you. Stay tuned.

Happy Birthday Zaf, and thank you very much for celebrating your birthday at Duriangaga with Musang King and Durian D**g

That's my gal! Start them young lest they forget the goodness of Malaysian durian.

It's a hit as expected. The D**g and Tupai durians are fly off the basket. All thumbs up. Just a couple of them left for tonight.

Today we bring you something the locals in Raub affectionately call niau-niau. In the Kwongsai dilect, it means gooey-gooey, so much so that I would advice those with denture to refrain from trying them. In the Hainanese dilect, it means small-small. Wonder if it has other meanings in other langguages, please share. Whatever the case, be prepared to be blown away by these little bombs of the King.
