4 ADVANTAGES FOR CHILDREN GROWING UP WITH PETS
#
1. Pets give unconditional love. A pet can comfort and give support and listen to a child’s troubles without judgement or consequences. And a pet can become your child’s best buddy when playing.
2. Animals can help socialize children and increase verbal skills. A pet's simple presence provides verbal stimulus to help your child practice talking and socializing with another being. You've likely seen even little kids who are still learning to talk attempting to chatter away with pets.
3. A pet can teach confidence and responsibility Feeding and caring for a pet encourage childhood responsibility. Younger children can manage simple tasks like filling the pet’s water and food bowls. And as they gets older, they can groom and walk the pet.
4. Pets (and animals in general) can be very therapeutic for children. Studies have shown how a pet reduces stress, loneliness and anxiety. Cuddling a pet also helps troubled children and Autistic children because they sense the animals are unconditional in their love and affection.

What’s a line angle???? Check out how lie angle can affect your ball flight to improve your game!
-
-
-
‘Having an incorrect lie angle on your golf club can have a huge impact on your ability to hit the ball straight. If your lie angle is too flat, you will tend to slice the ball. If your lie angle is too upright, then you will tend to hook the ball.’

Why Do Golf Balls Have Dimples?
-
-
Dimples on golf balls is the key to launch them into the air. They create the aerodynamic ability that lift the golf ball in order to travel higher and farther after impact.
-
The decision to experiment with dimples on golf balls grew out of the discovery that dented or chipped balls actually flew farther and straighter than smooth ones. 🤔😯
-
According to USGA researchers, a ball without dimples would fly half as far as a ball with dimples.
-
However, the number of dimples on a ball does not affect distance.

REWARD!! (3/3)
-
-
Always have a reward for coming to the golf course to reinforce the positive. Something small like ice cream always works well. The important thing is to make sure to emphasize that this is something fun and there should be no pressure. Even if they don’t hit the ball well, still give them something at the end. After all, who doesn’t love a little ice cream.

It doesn’t take much muscle to get the ball in the air, but if you’re 4, it might be all your strength. However, almost anyone can putt, and this is probably the best place to start. There are a few reasons why starting on and around the green is a better place than starting on the range. First off, the entire object of the game is to get the ball in the hole. If you create a good develop a good putter, you’ll inherently develop a good golfer. Additionally, most shots happen around the green, so learning to chip and pitch well can make a big impact once it’s time to learn a full swing. This is also a great chance to teach some of the etiquette of golf, such as not stepping in another player’s line, how to tend a flag, and the order of putting from farther to closest to the hole.
