All of us here at Crossfit Pahlawan and Pahlawan Metcon were sad to hear of the recent passing of one of our members recently. Dass Ramdas was one of our finest; Strong, Fit, and with a healthy dose of Wit. He will be remembered with nothing but fondness by those of us privileged to have coached and worked out with him. As a tribute to him and his love for football, there will be a charity tournament held on 13-April at UM Park. All are welcome to join in this special event held in his honour.
Here, we would also like to inform that anyone who wishes to donate to his family may do so at the Front Counter at Crossfit Pahlawan and we will ensure the funds are channeled to his family.
