Workout and dance session starts at 6.30pm. Makan-makan starts at 9.00pm onwards.

Sharing some tips on performing your moves in cardio session. If you want to maximize your workout, go for high impact & high intensity moves. Heart rate pumping hard, building better stamina and it burns more calories in a short period. Just make sure you are performing it within your safe heart rate zone. However, this high impact workout is not suitable for everyone,mostly those with history on injuries and health conditions.
So how can you join our classes if you cannot perform a high impact workout?
Don't worry! Most of our classes offer low impact options whereby the movement or the workout will be performed safely without risking your condition. Less jumping and skipping but still giving you the best result that you can achieve.
