Tower running is the stairs and floors climbing sport usually done competitively in skyscrapers around the world. It started in the early 20th century and are now gaining popularity everywhere in the world. Tower running races take place in some of the world’s most iconic buildings, we, Malaysian are so proud that our country has The Exchange 106 (Top 20 tallest buildings in the world), Merdeka 118 (2nd tallest building in the world).

So what would inspire an athlete to climb inside a stuffy, dank stairwell with no scenery, no spectators, and few (if any) water stops? According to several tower runners during the Tower Run of The Exchange 106 in 2019, the feeling of exhilaration is truly unparalleled.
