Poor posture creates unnecessary strain on the body and often leads to pain 🤕
This patient came in with a very tight back and a lot of built-up tension from poor posture and daily strain. The body was guarding and collapsing forward, which increased the load on the neck and back😶🌫️
This session focused on manual therapy and deep passive stretching to release tension and restore a more natural alignment.
After:
• Head more upright
• Shoulders less rounded
• Chest more open
• Better stacking over the hips
• Standing looks taller and more relaxed
• Less soreness, more comfortable
