One of my goal for this year is started participate non-running related competition, and this will be the first one in my fitness journey. 💪 I will be there in Bukit Mertajam, Penang this Saturday for HiiT Battleground (4 minutes in every 5 stations with total 11 different workouts to complete). 🏋️
