Yi Jin Jing, The Classics of Tendon Changing , has long been practiced by martial artists and non-martial artists as a mean to improve their health conditions and body endurance. There are many "modified versions" to practice the series resulted from the interpretation of various instructors throughout the time, leading to confusions in the practice.
Back to the root, Bu Gei Kwan has invited Dr. Ong Ming Thong to conduct a workshop in view of "returning to the origin" by following the book on the topic published in 1912. Dr. Ong is well positioned to realise the task as he is well versed in Chinese language and has been practicing traditional Chinese martial arts and healthcare/wellness methods for more than 40 years.
In addition, profits generated from the workshop will be donated to Malaysian charity organisations identified by Bu Gei Kwan, the organiser of the workshop, with the agreement from Dr. Ong.
