Waitankung has one preliminary movement and eleven movements. The main purpose of these movements is to activate the 'Qi' inside the body, flow it through all parts of the body.

The Pertubuhan Waitankung dan Neitankung Malaysia extends its deepest appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to all branches throughout Malaysia and to all members and fellow Waitankung practitioners for your unwavering support.

We sincerely thank all branches for your enthusiastic support and generous contributions towards the renovation of the Waitankung HQ’s office at the Wisma Tankung. With everyone’s collective effort and support, the office renovation has now been successfully completed. Every contribution and every gesture of goodwill represents your confidence in and encouragement of the HQ’s development, for which we are deeply grateful.

The Wisma Tankung does not belong to any one individual or any single branch. Rather, it is a collective achievement made possible through the strength and unity of Waitankung practitioners throughout Malaysia. From its acquisition to its gradual improvement and development, the Building has benefited from the support and dedication of Waitankung practitioners both in Malaysia and abroad.

The Wisma Tankung is more than just a place for administration and exchange experience. It stands as a testament to the spirit of unity among Waitankung practitioners—a symbol of our shared aspirations, collective efforts, and commitment to moving forward together.

Built through the united efforts of our Waitankung community, the Wisma Tankung is a shared home for all Waitankung practitioners in Malaysia and a source of collective pride.

Moving forward, the HQ will continue to cherish this hard-earned support, remain true to its original mission, unite our collective strength, and work hand in hand to promote the development and continuation of Waitankung in Malaysia.

区会会员大会正热闹举行

马来西亚中华外内丹功学会各区会正履行各自的职责，有序的召开区会会员大会。有多个区会选择今天(23/8)履行他们的义务，完成他们的会议。

会员大会是区会的最高决策、监督、选举机构，领导层也可借此聆听基层的诉求，在此祝愿他们会员和和乐乐，会务蒸蒸日上。

Branch General Meetings in Full Swing

The various branches of the Pertubuhan Waitankung dan Neitankung Malaysia are diligently fulfilling their respective responsibilities by convening their Branch General Meetings in an orderly manner. Several branches have chosen today, 23 August, to fulfill their obligations and complete their meetings.

The Branch General Meeting serves as the branch’s highest decision-making, supervisory, and electoral body. It also provides an important platform for the leadership to listen to the voices and concerns of members at the grassroots level.

We sincerely wish all branches harmony and unity among their members, and continued growth and success in their affairs.

May all Branch General Meetings be a resounding success, fostering consensus, strengthening unity, and creating a brighter and more glorious future together.

丹功大厦今日挂牌

在全马各区会、会员、海内外丹功同道的热烈支持之下，马来西亚中华外内丹功学会总会丹功大厦逐渐完善装潢工程。丹功大厦是丹功同道共同努力的结果，是属于丹功同道的共同骄傲，它是大家的。

Tankung New Signage Officially Unveiled Today

With the enthusiastic support and collective efforts of all branches across Malaysia, our members, and Waitankung practitioners and fellow practitioners from Malaysia and abroad, the renovation and fitting-out works of the Wisma Tankung of the Waitankung and Neitankung Society Malaysia are steadily progressing towards completion.Today’s unveiling is not merely an important milestone in the development of the Wisma Tankung; it also marks everyone of us pulling in one direction.

台湾弹腿教练王仁齐师兄率领一支教练团来本国出席弹腿教练指导讲习营暨校园推介礼，担任讲习营指导老师，并于8月12日莅临马来西亚中华外内丹功学会总会，在丹功大厦与本地弹腿学员交流。

传授弹腿是张志通大师未竟之愿，本会第十九届中委会在第一次会议时便议决成立弹腿小组，以协助推动本国的弹腿活动。

Brother Wang Renqi, a TanTui coaching instructor from Taiwan, led a team of coaches to Malaysia to participate in the TanTui Coaching Instructors’ Training Workshop and School Promotion Ceremony, where they served as the workshop instructors. On 12 August, they also visited the headquarters of the Pertubuhan Waitankung dan Neitankung Malaysia at the Wisma Tankung, where they interacted and exchanged knowledge and experience with local TanTui practitioners.

Teaching and promoting TanTui was an unfulfilled aspiration of Grandmaster Zhang Zhitong. At its first meeting, the 19th Central Committee of the Society resolved to establish a TanTui Working Group to assist in promoting TanTui activities in Malaysia.

马来西亚中华外内丹功学会各区会将陆续召开会员大会堂，履行章程赋予区会的义务。根据章程规定，所有区会必须在八月杪前召开会员大会，而社团注册局也规定，注册组织必须在大会后的60天内，呈报eRoses。

由于已经是电子化呈报，这里温馨提醒：所有区干事务必准备：
英文版或马来文版的会议记录；
账目（包括PDF版账目）以供上载；以及
每一位理事都需要有电邮地址(email address)。

The various branches of the Pertubuhan Waitankung dan Neitankung Malaysia will be convening their respective Annual General Meetings (AGMs) in due course, in fulfilment of the obligations and responsibilities stipulated under the Constitution of the Association.

Pursuant to the Constitution, all branches are required to convene their Annual General Meetings by the end of August each year. Following the AGM, the relevant information and documents are required to be submitted to the ROS through the eRoses system within sixty (60) days from the date of the AGM.

As the submission process is now conducted electronically, all Branch Committees are kindly reminded to make the necessary preparations in advance. In particular, the following documents and information should be duly prepared and readily available for electronic submission:

Minutes of the Annual General Meeting in either English or Bahasa Malaysia;
Financial statements/accounts, including the PDF version of the accounts, for uploading to the eRoses system; and
A valid email address for every Branch Committee member, as required for the electronic submission process.

May the affairs of every branch continue to prosper and progress from strength to strength, and may all members continue to advance in their Waitankung practice.

马来西亚中华外内丹功学会总会的装修工程已经完毕，感谢各区会和全国各地丹功同道的大力支持，才成就今天的辉煌。总会理事长邱金记师兄希望大家可以拨冗到总会丹功大厦参观，近距离了解总会和丹功引入马来西亚和其发展历史。丹功大厦是大马丹功基地，也是我国所有丹功同道的骄傲。

丹功总会今天迎来森美兰汝来单位一行人到访。实际上，许多丹功同道练功多年，都未曾到过总会，总会理事长邱金记师兄希望未来有更多单位组团来访，可以借此了解总会的历史，拉近自己与组织的距离。
