*Flying Crow Pose* is accessible with a strong, steady yoga practice. It strengthens the arms, first and foremost, but all arm balances also require core strength to support your body. It also strengthens the wrists, shoulders, and upper back.

It’s not about whether or not your leg goes behind your head. It’s about how you feel along the way. Do whatever asana you do with love and gratitude and yoga is happening. But do the same pose with the seeds of hatred and violence in the heart and then we are far from the path.
