Registration Details :
- Entry fee of MYR 400.00 per team
- No. of Players per Team: Min. 5; Max. 8 players per team
- Each Players can register with 1 team only in each group
- All Players must have an Active DARTSLIVE CARD with a valid DARTSLIVE Rating, in which must recorded at least 15 times of 01 game & 15 times of cricket games
- Member Card, once registered, must be used for League matches
- Max. Team Rating Limit of 70 (Top 5 players total)

Registration Methods :
- Fax registration form to 03-79821773 by 6pm, 15 April 2013 or
- Submit registration form to any i Darts outlets
- Entry fee is strictly paid and collected from Team Captains only. All payments must be made before group draw on 18 April 2013, otherwise entry will be rejected
