A 3-hour comprehensive beginner workshop focused on developing the essential strength, technique, and foundations required for a wide range of straps skills.

The majority of the syllabus taught is also highly applicable across other aerial apparatus, making this workshop beneficial for aerialists looking to build stronger overall foundations.

Led by master coach Blair Johnston, who has trained numerous champions and award-winning aerialists worldwide, alongside Chihiro, an internationally recognized and award-winning aerialist.

Whether you are new to straps or looking to strengthen your aerial fundamentals, this workshop is designed to help you build better technique, body awareness, and control.

ワークショップ内容の多くは、他のエアリアル器具にも応用できるため、エアリアリストとしての基礎力を高めたい方にもおすすめです。
世界中で数々のチャンピオンや受賞歴のあるエアリアリストを育成してきたマスターコーチ Blair Johnston と、国際的に活躍する受賞歴のあるエアリアリスト Chihiro が指導します。
ストラップス初心者の方はもちろん、エアリアルの基礎をさらに強化したい方にも最適な内容です。より良いテクニック、身体感覚、コントロール力を身につけていきます。
