Selamat Menyambut Ramadan to all our Muslim runners and friends 🌙✨ May this blessed month bring you peace, strength, and countless barakah. For those continuing to run during Ramadan, keep it smart and steady — shorten the distance, lower the intensity, and choose the right time (after Terawih or before Sahur works best). Stay hydrated, listen to your body, and prioritise recovery.Train with discipline, fast with purpose, and move with gratitude. 🤍
