Often the biggest obstacle to running has nothing to do with the legs and lungs; itโs about whatโs on your mind. Clear these common hurdles that can keep you from getting out the door:
1. โWorking out hurts a lot.โ
2. โWorried everyone will laugh.โ
3. โIโm too busyโ
4. โIโm working so hard, but Iโm not getting nowhere.
5. โI skipped working out for a week, It feels like too much work to start over.โ

Guys, please donโt minimise your achievements, whatever your pace or distance. Thinking that you donโt need recovery because your run or race was โtoo slowโ or โtoo shortโ is totally misguided thinking. Treat your body with respect.

Many of us learned how to warm up but most of it is now out-of-date. Recent research indicates the is not the best for runner and it may lead to slower starts.
Instead, a Dynamic warmup appears to prepare your muscles more affectively. (Ex: Hip Flexor stretch , Leg Flexor stretche, Hip Entensor stretch , Leg Extensor stretche & etc.)

Yes, the burn continues even after you stop. Regular exercise boosts "afterburn"-that is, the number of calories you burn after exercise. It is like getting a paycheck even after you retire.
But you don't have to be sprinting at the speed of sound to get this benefit. Stay strong, believe in your commitment guys. ๐ช๐ผ๐
