Not getting faster in latest race is very frustrating right? But donโ€™t worry, since every race is different,so depending upon the course & the conditions (weather, flag off time, terrain, etc.) If you find the latest three races courses were similar,

Many of us learned how to warm up but most of it is now out-of-date. Recent research indicates the is not the best for runner and it may lead to slower starts.
Instead, a Dynamic warmup appears to prepare your muscles more affectively. (Ex: Hip Flexor stretch , Leg Flexor stretche, Hip Entensor stretch , Leg Extensor stretche & etc.)
