What a wonderful day of learning, laughter, and discovery!
Our one-day intensive on Knees and Hips Awareness through Iyengar Yoga with teacher Veun, was filled with curiosity, connection, and deep exploration.
Together, we observed how alignment, balance and mindful movement can transform our understanding of pain, stability and freedom in the body. Through interactive practice and open sharing, we learned not just about the knees and hips, but from them.
Grateful to everyone who participated with such enthusiasm and openness.
Each question, each “aha” moment, made the experience truly inspiring.
Here’s to moving with awareness — from the ground up!

Our Shoulder & Neck Awareness and Intensive Session with teacher Veun Chin was more than just a practice. It was a journey of discovery. Through the precision of Iyengar Yoga, we explored how awareness, alignment, and curiosity can transform tension into freedom.
It was a joy to see everyone engaging, sharing, supporting one another and learning with each other, not just from each other.
Every pose revealed something new, every adjustment deepened understanding, and every smile reminded us that practice can be both profound and joyful.
