MSF Racing 2018 Round 2 saw SRT Motorsports' Proton Saga car #153 setting their best time ever and qualifying 2nd in the Saga Cup Advanced class. Due to some technicalities, car #153 was then promoted to the Saga Cup Pro class instead.
Starting from the back of the grid of the Saga Cup Pro class, Hafiz Bachok made up some places in Lap 1 before another competitor's car unfortunately ended their race in Lap 2.
With God's grace, no injuries was sustained and the car will soon be back racing in Round 3.

Despite having some setup issues in qualifying, car #338 qualified 4th in class and 14th overall. Starting from the rear in Race 1, Mohan’s car #338 made a respectable charge finishing 2nd; only 0.036 seconds behind the class leader while setting a new track record for the Mini at Sepang International Circuit of 2:39.430 an improvement of 1.285 seconds. Iain's car #64 qualified and finished Race 1 in 3rd position.
