Come join Stephanie Gan Hua Wei 颜华苇 & Süßen Zee with other amazing Artistic Swimmers from South East Asia countries for a fun workout!

Led by 18 athletes from 7 countries ! 🇲🇾🇸🇬🇧🇳🇮🇩🇵🇭🇹🇭🇻🇳
It will be live stream on both Zoom and Facebook🤩
Date : Saturday, 30 May 2020
Time : 10am - 12pm (Singapore time)

Join in the inaugural South East Asian (SEA) Artistic Swimming training led by various national athletes in the region organised by Singapore Swimming Association.

Each country will be represented by 2-3 national athletes leading exercises for all segments of your body from upper body, core, leg strength, flexibility to toe points.

The session will be stream live concurrently both of zoom and Facebook platform on 30 May 2020 (Saturday) from 10am to 12pm (Singapore Time).

So pin your calendar, prepare your exercise gear and lets get moving!

All you need is a yoga/fitness mat, sufficient floor space to do standing and sitting exercises, water bottle for hydration.
