All our yoga classes will stop today 31/1/2026. We will rest for Feb month and resume our classes from 2/3/2026 onwards.

新年新希望！ 以下是三月份的瑜伽团体班时间表，在芙蓉心悦养生瑜伽中心。

This year, we have 2 New Teachers conducting PILATE and YOGA THERAPY using PROPS classes. On top of that, I will tap on my Chinese Dance and Classical Music background to start teaching YOGA DANCE to create a more fun and interesting way to practise yoga.

今年，我们有两位新老师教导皮拉提及运用辅助工具的瑜伽疗愈课。除此，我会运用之前华族舞及古典音乐的背景来教导舞动瑜伽。希望能够让更多人在有趣及生动的方式来学习瑜伽。
