💪 Ba Duan Jin at the Yakult Factory — What a Day!
What an incredible morning at Yakult Malaysia Seremban 2 on 6 May 2026! 🏭✨

We joined hands with PAWE@MyAgeing Seremban and Kolej Komuniti Jelebu for a half-day of health, learning, and movement — featuring health talks, vision screenings by Hanizah Optometry, and a Ba Duan Jin Health Qigong session led by our very own Health Qigong Seremban 2 & Seremban Zizaifang team!

It was heartwarming to see participants of all ages embracing the gentle power of Qigong as part of their wellness journey. 🌸

On 19 April 2026, our Seremban 2 team made our way to Melaka to lend a hand and cheer on fellow athletes at the 2026 Southern Malaysia Joint State Health Qigong Tournament. 🙌
Watching the march-in, the oath-taking, and the national anthem moment was truly inspiring — a beautiful reminder of the unity and spirit that Health Qigong brings to all of us, regardless of state. 💚
We may not have competed today, but our hearts were fully in it!
And guess what? Our turn is coming soon! 💪
We will be representing at the Central State Tournament on 17 May — so stay tuned and cheer us on!
