A proud moment for the Selangor SUKMA Fencing Team as we close this year’s SUKMA campaign with two Gold Medals in the Men’s Foil Individual and Team events.

Congratulations to Yu Shern, Jonas Goh, Saif Nordin, and Muhammad Arif Fitri for their outstanding performance, commitment, and fighting spirit throughout the competition.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to all Selangor SUKMA fencers who gave everything on the piste and fought tirelessly to represent the state. Every bout, every point, and every effort contributed to this achievement.

This is more than just medals. It is the result of the hard work, sacrifices, and dedication of the athletes, coaches, support team, and everyone behind the Selangor fencing team.

Building momentum for SUKMA 2026! 🏆

We are thrilled to celebrate Jonas and Yu Shern for their outstanding achievements at the SEAFF 2026 Championship at Wisma OCM, securing Gold 🥇 and Bronze 🥉 respectively in the Junior Foil Category.

This regional success serves as a powerful stepping stone as both athletes finalize their preparations for SUKMA Selangor taking place next week.

A meaningful visit and great motivation for our athletes as the Selangor SUKMA contingent continues its preparation journey towards SUKMA 2026.

YB Tuan Abbas Salimmi bin Che Adzmi @ Azmi, Head of the Selangor SUKMA Contingent, recently visited the training session of the Selangor SUKMA Fencing Team at Elite Fencing Malaysia, Seri Kembangan.

The session provided an opportunity for him to meet and engage with the athletes while offering words of encouragement and support as they continue working hard in preparation for the upcoming SUKMA Games.

Thank you for the visit, support, and motivation given to our team. The journey continues, and we remain focused on representing Selangor with pride. 🔥

Proud moment for our athlete, Jonas Goh, competing in the Collegiate Cup RJCC held on 9 May 2026 at LionTree Arena (RIMAC), UC San Diego.

Representing in the Junior Foil category, Jonas continues to gain valuable international exposure and experience on the piste against strong competition.

Every competition is part of the learning, improving, and growing stronger with each bout. Keep pushing forward!

A strong outing for Team Selangor at the 2nd Perak Youth Fencing Championship 2026 (U21) held on 9–10 May 2026 at AEON Big Taman Falim, Ipoh, Perak.

Our SUKMA squad brought home a total of 1 Gold 🥇, 2 Silver 🥈, and 1 Bronze 🥉throughout the competition.
