This tournament will also be an important platform for our new joiners to mix, bond, and grow together with our current squad building stronger chemistry and understanding on and off the field.

ALHAMDULILLAH, today’s program went smoothly and was truly enjoyable 🎉

All players had a great time, not only during the technical training but also throughout the relaxation activities and shared meals. The commitment shown by the coaches, the strong support from parents, and the positive attitude of the players were truly commendable 👏

The pool session was a valuable bonding time, allowing players to relax, build stronger friendships, and strengthen team chemistry in a fun and positive environment 🤝💦

Overall, today’s activities contributed not only to physical and tactical development, but also to team unity and mutual respect among coaches, players, and parents.

INTENSIVE TRAINING

Pihak kelab telah mengadakan latihan intensif (intensive training) khas bagi pemain yang terlibat dalam persediaan menghadapi KLT Tournament.

👥 Jumlah pemain terlibat:
Seramai 33 orang pemain daripada kategori U12, U13 dan U14 Boys telah menyertai sesi latihan ini.

🎯 Objektif latihan:
Fokus utama latihan adalah untuk membentuk dan memperbaiki gaya larian pemain, khususnya dari aspek:

Teknik pecutan
Postur badan ketika berlari
Kecekapan pergerakan di atas padang

👨‍🏫 Jurulatih Jemputan:
Latihan ini telah dikendalikan oleh En. Muhammad Aqil, seorang trainer larian profesional.

🏅 Profil Jurulatih:

Pemenang acara 100 meter & 200 meter SUKMA
Bertugas di Majlis Sukan Negara (MSN)
Juga merupakan Personal Trainer bertauliah

Pihak kelab merakamkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan atas perkongsian ilmu dan komitmen yang diberikan demi pembangunan prestasi pemain muda PUTRA Rugby Club.
