THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE DAY

A gathering of nearly 8,000 Muslim women, brought together by Surah Ad-Dhuha at Masjid Tengku Ampuan Jemaah, Bukit Jelutong.

Grateful for Nadi Tenang to be part of Tadabbur Sisters, bringing our restorative practice into a day built around reflection, learning and sisterhood.

After listening and reflecting, we brought the attention back to the body.

Miss Wadie, Founder of Nadi Tenang, led the sisters through restorative movements to ease tension, bring attention to the breath and create space to pause with the beautiful reminders shared through the tadabbur of Ad-Dhuha.

Nearly 8,000 Muslim women came together for Ad-Dhuha.

Different ages, different walks of life, gathered in one place to learn and reflect together.

One surah, with reminders that speak across different seasons of life.

JOY + RELEASE

And then the room changed.

Bodies loosened, faces lifted and laughter found its way between the movements.

A beautiful reminder that restoration can also come through lightness, connection and joy.

RESTORATIVE IN ACTION

The tadabbur addressed what we carry within.

Our restorative session responded to what we carry physically.

Following the reflections of Ad-Dhuha, Miss Wadie guided the sisters through breath and gentle restorative movements, creating a moment to settle, release physical tension and pause with what had been shared.

CONNECTION BETWEEN THE SISTERS

From almost 8,000 women to the sister standing right beside you.

A touch on the shoulder. A shared laugh. A moment of care.

A small moment of connection within a much bigger gathering of Muslim women.

Three days outdoors. A campsite full of women. And on the final morning, we meet on the mat.

Nadi Tenang × Pajelintrip at The Great Womencamp this 24 August 2026.

We’ll be joining the campers at 7AM for a special morning session before everyone packs up and heads home. After a weekend of camping, activities, conversations, new friendships and plenty of time outdoors, we’re bringing something a little different to the final morning: a good stretch, an easy flow and time to simply enjoy being there.

We love what Pajelintrip has built with Womencamp. A space where women can come on their own, come with friends, try something outside their usual routine and somehow leave knowing a few more women than when they arrived.

That sounds a lot like community to us.

So this Monday morning, two communities meet.
