Meet the hearts behind our classes. ☁️

More than instructors, they’re your guides, your biggest cheerleaders, and sometimes the gentle reminder to make you slow down.

Each instructor brings a unique perspective, but they all share the same heart to create classes that feel welcoming, intentional, and supportive for every body.

At Hiraeth, we celebrate those differences, because every practice is unique, just like every person who walks through our doors. We can’t wait for you to meet them!

See you at Hiraeth Pilates. 💛

What if.. what if?

Asking questions is often the first step toward change. But the bravest thing you can do is simply show up anyway. 🌸

It is hard to believe it has been 10 days since our 3rd-anniversary celebration, but looking back at these moments, we are reminded of why this space exists. 🥹

Hiraeth isn’t just about movement; it is a deep longing for a place where you can safely return to yourself. To everyone who asked “what if?” and decided to walk through our doors anyway — thank you. You absolutely fit here!

[24 HOURS LEFT!] ⏳🚨

Hiraeth is so much more than a movement practice.

It is the gentle art of returning to who you were before the world told you who to be.

To honor Hiraeth Day 2026, we curated exclusive Rebloom Anniversary deals. A homage to consistency, flexibility, and the beauty if shared connection. Bacause, you do not need a new year, nor a perfect moment to begin.

You only need the quiet intention to bloom, and to show up for yourself.

Final Call: Reserve to rebloom. Offer closes 08/08 at 11:59pm.

Flowers don’t rush their blooming, and neither should you. 🌼

As every flower blooms in its own season, I believe every body moves in its own way.

As an instructor, teaching isn’t about making everyone look the same. It’s about helping each person understand their body, break through old movement patterns, and discover a way of moving that feels more balanced, effortless, and free.

Creating the conditions for each person to bloom, that’s the kind of growth I hope to nurture in each of them.
