Job Requirements:
✔ Diploma in Engineering or related field
✔ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
✔ 1–3 years of working experience in manufacturing, production or assembly is an advantage
✔ Basic understanding of manufacturing, production processes and assembly operations
✔ Knowledge of Smart Meter production/assembly or electrical/electronic manufacturing will be an added advantage
✔ Able to assist in production planning, work scheduling and daily production activities
✔ Able to supervise and coordinate production operators to ensure smooth workflow
✔ Able to monitor production progress, quality and productivity
✔ Good problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn and use other relevant systems/software
✔ Responsible, disciplined, proactive and willing to learn
✔ Male candidates preferred
✔ Age: 22–32 years old

📋 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist the Engineer/Production team in planning and coordinating daily production activities
🔹 Supervise operators and ensure production activities are carried out according to work instructions and procedures
🔹 Monitor production output, productivity and work progress
🔹 Assist in ensuring the Smart Meter manufacturing and assembly process meets required standards and specifications
🔹 Coordinate manpower and production activities according to the production schedule
🔹 Identify production issues and assist in implementing corrective actions
🔹 Prepare and maintain production reports and relevant documentation
🔹 Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and quality standards
🔹 Work closely with Production, QC, Technical and other departments to ensure smooth operations
