Pressure is part of the game.

When the score is tight and your opponent is strong, stay calm, trust your training and focus on the next point.

Don’t play against the pressure. Use it as energy.

Stay calm. Stay focused. Trust yourself.

Tournament Day Reminder!

Good performance isn’t only about skills and preparation. What players eat and drink throughout tournament day matters too.

Save this guide and use it as a simple reference before your next tournament.

Fuel the body. Support the performance. Recover for the next match.

Training hard is important. Recovering smart is essential.

🧊 Use COLD for new injuries.
🔥 Use HEAT for tight muscles and old injuries.

The right recovery helps you get back on court faster and stronger.

It is important for players to get advices from their coaches during interval.
Because coaches can help,

1. Tactical Adjustments✅
A coach sees the game from outside the court and can identify things the player may miss.

2. Mental Reset✅
During a match, players can become frustrated, nervous, or lose confidence.

3. Simple & Clear Priorities✅
Players can only focus on a few things under pressure.
Instead of giving too much information, a coach reminds them of: One tactical adjustment✔️One technical reminder✔️One mental cue

A coach’s job during the interval is not to control the player. It is to help the player think clearly, adapt quickly, and compete with confidence. Sometimes, one piece of advice during an interval can completely change the outcome of a match.
