Storm 8 形氣合一以“贴身靠打”为其技巧、方法及技术的原则，使人对敌实战中，能以小胜大，以巧打蛮，以少胜多。其采用的动作与呼吸互相配合，一拳一脚，一肘一靠，手脚齐到，步伐稳固，闪转灵活，短打直进，务求在最短时间内击败敌人。
