🏊‍♀️ 学好游泳，去哪里都能享受水中的快乐！

去旅行时，孩子看到酒店泳池，总想马上跳下水；到了水上乐园，也迫不及待想玩滑梯、戏水。对会游泳的孩子来说，水不只是一个好玩的地方，也是一个让他们展现自信的地方。

从学会漂浮、换气，再到能够自己游过一段距离，每一点进步都来之不易。一次又一次的练习，让孩子渐渐熟悉水，也让他们在酒店泳池、水上乐园，甚至海边度假时，更有信心参与活动。

学游泳的收获，不只是在泳池里游得多快、游得多远。它是一项能陪伴孩子成长的技能，让他们在生活中遇见水时，多一分从容，也多一份快乐。

当然，会游泳不代表可以独自下水。无论在酒店泳池还是水上乐园，孩子都需要遵守场地规则，并有大人在旁看护。

让孩子从小学习游泳，慢慢建立水中的能力与信心。以后每一次出游，都能多一份安心，留下更多快乐的回忆。💙

Congratulations to our swimmers! Together, they earned 11 gold, 15 silver and 9 bronze awards, with several personal bests along the way. Every result reflects the effort they put into training. 👏

Some races go to plan; others are harder. Learning to let go of a disappointing swim and refocus for the next race is part of growing as an athlete. We are proud of every swimmer who stepped up to compete. Thank you to all the parents for your support! 💙

Our swimmers competed at Sarikei Swimming Pool on 26–27 September 2026 and achieved several personal bests and lots of trophies! Beyond the times, we are proud of how they learned to let go of frustration, refocus and give their best in the next race. Well done, team, and thank you to the parents for your support! 💙

Dylan Ling and Rayna Pau, representing team SASA are ready to take on the SportExcel/MILO/NSC/MAS Elite Invitational Series 2026, held at the National Aquatic Centre, Bukit Jalil, from 18–20 September 2026!

This competition is an opportunity to challenge themselves, gain valuable racing experience, and chase new personal bests. Every race brings a chance to put their training into practice and take another step forward as swimmers.

Dylan and Rayna, trust your preparation, stay focused, and swim with courage. Give your best from the first dive to the final touch, and enjoy the experience of competing on this stage.

Let’s cheer them on as they take on the challenges ahead. Wishing both swimmers strong races, new personal bests, and a memorable competition! 💪🔥

8堂课学会自由式——Gabby Ling的成长小故事

还未满5岁的Gabby Ling，用短短8堂游泳课，完成了一个让人惊喜的进步——从认识水、适应水，到学会基本的自由式游泳！🏊‍♀️💦

对于这个年龄的孩子来说，学习游泳不只是学会一个泳姿，更重要的是建立水感、自信心、协调能力和对水的安全意识。

刚开始接触游泳时，孩子需要一点时间去适应水中的环境。教练会从最基础的动作开始，包括呼吸练习、漂浮、踢腿、手部动作以及身体协调，让孩子一步一步建立信心。

经过8堂课的持续练习，Gabby已经能够完成基本的自由式动作，并且越来越敢于独立在水中游动。👏🏻

✨ 8堂课，也许只是一个数字；
但对Gabby来说，这是勇气、自信与坚持累积出来的成果。

每个孩子的学习速度都不一样，我们不追求孩子马上做到完美，而是希望他们在每一次训练中都有一点点进步。

今天学会的是自由式，明天也许会学会换气、转身，未来更可能站上比赛的泳池。

从喜欢水开始，从敢于下水开始，慢慢游出属于自己的精彩！ 🌊🏊‍♀️
