A new group of swimmers stepped up earned their place and met the same standards through effort and attitude.

Congratulations to David on making it into the SUKMA long list. The journey continues as we prepare and build towards the coming months.

Louis showed great progress in the 1500m on Day 1, improving by 12 seconds. A strong step forward as we continue preparing for the competitions later this year.

Xavier achieved new personal bests across all events, with a particularly significant breakthrough in the 400m freestyle.

Every improvement, no matter how big or small, represents growth.
These breakthroughs give us renewed motivation as we move forward into the year ahead.
