We're proud to announce that our head coach will be stepping onto the competition platform at The Phuket Weightlifting Open this weekend. This marks Coach Afiq's first official competition under the Zealfit banner.

He has put in the work, and now it’s time for us to send every ounce of strength and support his way. Let’s go, Coach! 🔥

It’s been a long time coming, but it’s finally happened: Zealfit’s 2026 Weightlifting Team.

Consisting of 5 female and 7 male athletes, guided by our in-house coaches, Afiq and Hafiz, and supported by team manager, Noor, this team represents our hopes and dreams in promoting and growing weightlifting in Malaysia.

We wish the team all the best throughout this year’s MAS League season.

Here’s a brief introduction of our team:

AZMIR // CEO aka Big Boss
Owner and also machai. Anything related to Eleiko equipment purchase, please contact him.

RAJA NOOR // COO aka Mini Boss
The engine of Zealfit. Because of her, Zealfit’s content design and operations have significantly improved. You may reach out to her for any matters concerning our membership and packages.

AFIQ // Head of Zealfit Weightlifting Academy & Coach
The key to unlocking your true weightlifting potential. Afiq joins us as an ex-national WL athlete with years of experience training under different coaches and as a coach for Wilayah Persekutuan youth team. Contact Afiq with regards to the Academy and our training camp.

HAFIZ // Gym Manager & Coach
The one that makes the gym run. Hafiz, like Afiq, is an ex-national and state athlete. He is in charge of anything that concerns the gym and our classes. So if you have a problem with the gym, equipment, etc. you know who to call.
