Rotax Max Asia invitational 2017

Very good beginning of the season for Sebastien and Romain.

Sebastien adjust very well and quickly to his new chassis and did a very good race during the X30 Singapore round 1. Always relax and permanently smiling, Seb has significantly reduce the gap with the front runner and he is eager to race again next week in X30 Singapore round 2 to confirm his progress.

Romain for his second season in Junior (and third overall) is showing constant progress in term of speed and consistency. he has been on the podium in the 5 races he participated in so far this year (3 AMC, X30 Singapore and X30 Malaysia).

This will not be possible without the amazing support of the Stratos Team and especially James the team principal.

We look forward to the next races of the season.

Beyond the results we would like to thank James and the Stratos team for the amazing support all along the season. Paul, Chris and the entire AutoInc team for putting together a fantastic event.

Positive conclusion of a long and intense AMC season this week end in Shah Alam. Romain completed the final race in the top 10 with a 6th fastest lap time.

When we signed in for the AMC 2015, we knew it would be challenging (junior category, new tracks, and larger pack) but despite many ups and downs, Romain has been able to progress throughout the year to finally feels totally comfortable racing with his friends.

Stratos Motorsport team has been amazing supporting Romain in each and every circumstances. Thank you Oppie, Jay, Tuk Loong for the endless attempts to improve the situation even when no technical explanation was to be found.

A very special thank you to James Russel. The incredibly efficient coaching methodology deployed by James has clearly be the main factor of Romain's improved performance. A lot remain to be done but the foundations are now stable. Thank you so much James for this and for all the rest..

A special word also for Silvano who has been a true leader of the team. Although he was involved in though racing challenges, he has always been available to support Romain and the other team drivers with valuable advice. We wish him the very best of luck for the Grand Final.

We look forward to next AMC season and we hope to see you all during the last races of the year.

A great week-end for the Leroux Racing Team in Singapore with the support of Stratos Motorsport. Joined by Ong Ming, Sebastien (cadet) and Romain (Junior) were competing into the second round of X30.
Fantastic performance for Sebastien who has been able not only to complete his first ever sanctioned final but has progressed all over the week end under the amazing coaching of James Russel and the support of Opie he was able to improved session after session and was able to finish in a very encouraging 14th position overall.
More contrasted week-end for Romain. A very solid day Friday with the fasted time of the day (thanks Jay for the amazing set up). Unfortunately we struggled too much in the wet/semi wet conditions and Romain qualified only 9th overall. 2 races without incidents and a final 7th position concluded the week end.
One more time a warm and great thank you to James Russel and the Stratos team for the fantastic and constant support.
We really enjoyed racing at home with our friends. Congratulation to all the drivers.
We see all of you as spectator next week-end for the Rock cup and in August in Sepang for the AMC round 5.

Just realized we forgot to put any news after our fantastic week end in Sentul for RMC Indonesia Round 2. Such a great experience (new track, new chassis, new country) on an incredible track.
With the tremendous support of James and the 24/7 support of Silvano father team, Romain did improve cession after cession and race after race to complete the event within the top 10.
We look forward to be back soon to race with all our Indonesian friends.

A complicated but instructive week end for Romain at Elite for AMC Rd3. He and the team struggled all the week end to find the proper set up. Eventually it was done in Final and Romain did a good race with a very positive spirit.
A very BIG thank you to James and the entire Stratos team for coaching and helping Romain to progress.
Next race in 10 days in Sentul Indonesia for RMC Indonesia round 2.

A good week end of racing for the Leroux Racing Team in Singapore.
Despite not being often on the track, Sebastien did very well and improved his time all around the week end. He was unfortunately stopped by a mechanical incident in final..
Romain did a solid race week end despite being a real first time with non Rotax Junior engine and Vega tyres. He constantly improved performance around the race doing his fastest lap of the week end during the last lap of the race (!!).. A long waited first podium in Singapore !!..
Many thanks to Ucop and Jay for the amazing work all over the week end and James for making it happened..a warm thank you also to Lester and Element for the logistic supports and for all the other teams for their support all over the week end.,We also congratulate the x30 challenge team for the very pro but also enjoyable event..we look forward for round 2...

Well the start of an rmc race is always a gamble...romain is the second green driver you can see hitting the protections on the left side...driver is safe but race was over and the kart was badly dammaged..Unbeleivable work from stratos team (a special thanks to James Russell) and romain was at the start of heat 2...time to reajust and small problem with the engine led to a 19th overall...a good night of sleep now before going to semi final and final tomorow with a huge smile and strong motivation...
