- we do not do delivery, please arrange your own self pick up
- we are not furniture or electronic shop, no viewing acceptable, we can send to you more photos or videos
- if you are interested and as first come first serve basis, minimum 50% deposit (non refundable) or full payment for booking, please send to us the payment slip

It is also equipped with:

- 2 units of 2 horse power air-conditioned
- shower rooms
- and public car park is almost available at anytime

Our studio is suitable for dance classes (max capacity 20 pax), workshop (additional table and chairs rental applies), and live streaming/broadcasting.
