After weeks of continuous rehearsals for IYD, I noticed a sense of relief among my kids. So, I decided to conduct today’s class in a joyful and relaxed manner.

With active movements for both the body and mind, the kids played tirelessly. The best part of the session was the “freeze” moments between each game. Everyone enjoyed them including me😂

At the end of the class, my heart was filled with happiness seeing all the children go home with so much excitement and joy.🦋✨
